About ITEJ
International Technology and Education Journal (ITEJ) has been publishing since 2017. With the ISSN
number
2602-2885 ITEJ is an international published journal. By taking technology at the fore-front ITEJ
focused on
the use of technology at educational dimensions.
ITEJ does not charge any fee to publish studies. You can publish your studies in the field of
technology and
education through submitting to ITEJ. ITEJ is an online, scientific, peer reviewed
(at
least three anonymous reviewers), and free of charge scholarly international journal.
It is
published two times a year. ITEJ publishes both theorical and empirical studies. You can publish
your
studies in the field of technology and education.
Aims, scope and publication process of ITEJ
ITEJ aims to publish studies focusing on the use of technology in educational dimensions by prioritizing
technology and focusing innovations in educational technology. It is published twice a year, in June and
December. ITEJ publishes both theoretical and empirical studies.
Ethics
Studies submitted to ITEJ Journal must comply with ethical rules and must not have been published
anywhere
before. Studies to be published are also will be examined through plagiarism programs, and studies over
20% will
not published.
Publication Ethics
- Publishers and editors shall take reasonable steps to identify and prevent the publication of papers
where
research misconduct has occurred.
- In no case publisher or editors cannot encourage such misconduct, or knowingly allow such misconduct
to
take place.
- In the event that a journal’s publisher or editors are made aware of any allegation of research
misconduct
the publisher or editor shall deal with allegations appropriately.
- The journal could retract or correct articles when needed.
- Publishers and editors could allways publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies
when
needed.
Copyright and licensing
The articles that was published in ITEJ Journal are completely free. Authors retain the copyright and
full publishing rights without restrictions.
Open access
ITEJ grants usage rights to everyone using an open license (Creative Commons) allowing for immediate
free access to the work and
permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of
articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful
purposes.
The articles published in ITEJ are distributed under CC BY license. Everyone can distribute, remix, tweak, and build upon the articles free or commercially, if they are cited from ITEJ articles.
The full text of all content is available for free and open access without delay. It means "no embargo
period", "available online", and "no charge for the print version of a journal".
The authors also could deposit versions of their work in an institutional or other repository of their
choice.
Backup and preservation
The articles of ITEJ will be constantly uploaded indexes and academic services. Therefore, in the event
a
journal is no longer published, the articles will be accesible by other services.
Peer-review process
All of the journals' content will be subjected to peer-review. It is double blind peer review and the
reviewers are
experts in the field.
The reviewers also should be objective and they will and should have no conflict of interest. Reviewed
articles
will be treated confidentially prior to their publication.

ITEJ Journal is owned and managed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sayim AKTAY who works at Mugla Sitki Kocman
University,
Educational Faculty, Mugla, Turkey.
